No introductory call is required. Send your website and inquiry; NovaWeb reviews them first and, with sufficient information, prepares a fixed-price proposal. A free, non-binding call is still available if you prefer.

Mobile optimization is standard on every project. We build the site for phone and desktop together, so it holds up in both views.

We agree anything outside the agreed scope beforehand. Hosting is included in the care plans. Depending on the plan, a minimum term may apply. The term and notice period are set out in the quote beforehand. Under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.
Special requirements may include admin/CMS areas, multilingual content, external integrations, login/portal areas, calculators or extensive additional content production. Standard design, responsive implementation, user journeys, trust/contact logic, SEO and performance fundamentals are part of the product. Scope and fixed price are agreed beforehand.
